Ayman led a collaborative effort with a team from Argonne National Lab to create a new framework for in situ visualization of blood flow simulations on massively parallel supercomputers. In this work, he shows how to view over 100 million cells! This work, Enabling In Situ Visualization of Large-Scale Cellular Simulations, was accepted as a lightning talk at ISAV 2023 as a part of the 2023 Supercomputing Conference.
