Congrats Dr. Martin!!

December 13, 2025 | Aristotle successfully defended his PhD.

This week, Aristotle successfully defended his PhD dissertation, “Parallel Adhesive Dynamics With Adaptive Physics Refinement for Large-Scale Tracking of Circulating Tumor Cells.” During his time in the Randles Lab at Duke, Aristotle made lasting contributions to our research and software infrastructure, including a best paper at ICCS, major efforts to port HARVEY to leadership-class supercomputers, and recognition from the community with an honorable mention for the George Michael Award. We are incredibly proud of his accomplishments and excited to see what he does next.
