PEARC 2026 marked the tenth anniversary of the PEARC Conference Series, which brings together the research computing and data community. Randles delivered the conference’s opening keynote.
Amanda Randles delivered the opening keynote at PEARC 2026, joining the research computing community in celebrating the tenth anniversary of the PEARC Conference Series.
The conference brought together researchers, practitioners, students, and leaders working across high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, cyberinfrastructure, and computational science. In her keynote, Randles discussed the evolving role of advanced computing in enabling new approaches to scientific discovery and increasingly complex, data- and computation-driven research.
A highlight of the conference was PEARC’s student program. Randles joined students from across the country for a luncheon and conversations about their interests and emerging opportunities in HPC, AI, and computational science.
