The Randles Lab was active at the The International Conference for High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage, and Analysis (SC20). The Supercomputing conference was held virtually from November 9-19. The lab was represented in several sessions:
Tuesday November 10: Prof. Randles participated in the Careers in HPC Panel
Thursday November 12: Prof. Randles presented work from our collaboration with ANL on the ISAV 2020:In Situ Infrastructures for Enabling Extreme-Scale Analysis and Visualization panel entitled In Situ - Experiences from the Trenches.
Friday November 13: Peter Balogh presented "An Efficient, Data-Driven Approach to Model Specific Cancer Cell Lines" as a part of the Computational Approaches for Cancer Workshop (CAFCW20).
Tuesday November 17: Prof. Randles, in her role as the SC20 Test of Time Award Chair, moderated the Test of Time Talk.
Tuesday November 17: Prof. Randles, presented a State of the Practice talk entitled "Lessons Learned from a Massively Parallel Model of Ventilator Splitting".
